Ziklag and prodigals

Ziklag-uncertain meaning, possibly ‘a pint of liquid metal’ (Abarim).

I find this meaning of Ziklag to be interesting because it implies a smelting furnace. Assuming its accuracy, God sent David from a smelting furnace to defeat Amalek.
There is a parallel in scripture. Elijah went straight from Zarephath (smelting furnace) to Mt. Carmel (garden) to defeat the prophets of Baal.

1 Samuel 30:8,19 (AMP)
David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this band [of raiders]? Will I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you will certainly overtake them, and you will certainly rescue [the captives].”
Nothing of theirs was missing whether small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything that had been taken; David recovered it all.

Our Father in heaven,
Help us to recognize the lies we believe that we may repent. Like Bartimaeus throwing off the beggars’ cloak, we wish to throw off the lies. You are our wealth. You are our righteousness. You are our wisdom and discernment. You are Truth.
Our children and grandchildren, friends and family, have also been entrapped by lies. We bind the forces of Amalek and Baal that have entrapped our loved ones and loose Your holy angels to war against them.
Are there angels who bestow heavenly treasure? We loose the treasure-bestowing angels to the prodigals.
Are there angels who cover shameful nakedness with clothing of white? We loose the covering angels to cover the shame of the prodigals.
Are there angels who minister eye salve to the blind? We loose the eye salve angels to minister to the prodigals that they may see.
We declare, Recovery of the prodigals! Amen.
Revelation 3:17-20
