“Go in peace,” part two

Judges 18:2-6 (NLT) The Levite to the men of Dan, seeking land to settle in
So the men of Dan chose from their clans five capable warriors from the towns of Zorah and Eshtaol to scout out a land for them to settle in. . . .

Then they said, “Ask God whether or not our journey will be successful.”

“Go in peace,” the priest replied. “For the Lord is watching over your journey.”

Our Father in heaven,
The men of Dan fought for and won their inheritance, even though they violated spiritual law. The godly in America are looking to claim their inheritance in our nation’s government in Washington, D.C.
The church has fallen short in the United States in so many ways. Forgive us, Lord, and give aid to our claim for our inheritance in Washington, D.C.
We are founded as a Christian nation, and that history cannot be erased. Satan has tried to steal our identity as a Christian nation, but Jesus has paid the price of redemption by His blood. Watch over our nation’s journey, we pray. Amen.
